Applications are invited from qualified candidates for employment in Chikum  MicroFinance Bank. The employment program is designed to attract young and vibrant youths who are interested to work with the bank. Candidates are expected to take an Employment Aptitude test and an interview thereafter. Positions to apply for include:

(1) Sales Marketer: must have an OND from a reputable tertiary institution

(2) Driver: must have a WAEC certificate and three test certificate as an added advantage

(3) Cleaner: must have a WAEC certificate

Criteria for selection for the relevant positions above are also based on the following:

(i) Must possess good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

(ii) Must be computer literate.

(iii) Any other relevant document or membership of a body which may be an advantage.
