Anthony obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from  University of Nigeria Nsukka and MBA in Business Administration from  ESUT Business School Enugu.
A career banker with over 20 years banking experience  in banking  sector,  he served 18 years out of the 20 years in Keystone Bank Limited  in various departments including Banking Operations,  Retail/Consumer  Banking and Commercial Banking.He rose to the rank of Branch Manager  and Regional Service Manager South – South Region.
He joined Chikum Micro-Finance Bank Limited in July 2020 as Head  Admin/HR and Chief Operations Officer, overseeing Banking  Operations,  Information and Communications Technology, Finance, HR and  Admin Departments. He assumed the position of the Managing Director/CEO in July, 2021.
He is a member of Chikum Management Steering Committee with a  strategic focus on Process Improvement.
He is married with children.

PATRICK UCHENNA ONWUEGBU holds LL.B (HONS) from University of Ibadan and BL. (the Nigerian Law School), Enugu. He is a Learned Gentleman with sound knowledge of Legal Practice/Procedure, and skilled in Property and Corporate Law Practices. He advises the Management of Chikum MFB Ltd. and prospective investors on the rudiments of Property and Corporate Law Practices. Patrick inter alia, is experienced in drafting and reviewing of Loan Agreements, Land/Property Agreements, Service Level Agreements and Change/Transfer of Ownership Agreements. Prior to his engagement in Chikum Microfinance Bank Ltd, he worked as an Associate Counsel and Research Assistant to the Principal Counsel in the Law Firm of L.C. Ugorji & Associates (2018 – October 2020). He is hardworking, diligent and focused; and these have enabled him make giant strides as the Ag. Company Secretary/Head of Legal Department of Chikum Microfinance Bank Ltd. Patrick is also a member, Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN)

Onuoha Chimegaram obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education Accounting from Imo State University Owerri  and  Masters in Education Accounting from Imo State University Owerri .

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), a Microfinance Certified Banker and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

He has served 6 years of his working experience in the banking sector.

Due to his impeccable hard work and excellence in the performance of his duties he served in different departments such as Audit, Control & Compliance and Currently the AG. Head of Finance of the bank.

Mr. Emmanuel Emeagi

Emmanuel  is a graduate of Economics from Imo State University Owerri. He is completing an MSc (in view) in Economics from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. He began his banking career with First Inland Bank Plc in 2007 and has extensive experience spanning about 14 years in the areas of operation, Internal Control/Audit in various commercial banks across the Nigerian banking sector. He joined Chikum MFB Ltd in 2018 as Head Human Resources and presently serving as the Head of Operations. 

 During the course of his career, he received various certificates of participation in various banking courses. He is a member of The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN)

He is good team player, passionate and committed towards the pursuit of excellence in the banking industry. Emmanuel is married with children.

Mr. Anthony Chukwuma is a graduate of Management from the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka. His career in banking spans over 12 years in Retail/Consumer Banking, Business Banking and Public Sector Banking in various commercial banks across the Nigerian banking sector. He joined Chikum MFB Ltd in 2020 as Head, Credit & Marketing. He also serves in Chikum MFB Ltd Management Steering Committee with a strategic focus of birthing a national MFB. Mr. Tony is married with children.

HEAD, AUDIT, INTERNAL CONTROL & COMPLIANCE

Gladys Chikezie obtained HND in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri. She is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (2012), and a student member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

An experienced banker, with over 15years experience with UBA Plc having served in various departments including Banking Operations and Internal Control departments. During the course of her banking career, she received various certificates of participation in various banking courses.

She serves in Chikum MFB Ltd Management Steering Committee with a focus to enhance the operational processes and improve customer satisfaction. She is focused, passionate and committed towards achieving excellent service.

Mr. Jude Onyeocha

HEAD, RISK MANAGEMENT

Mr.Onyeocha Ikechukwu Jude is a graduate of Federal University of Technology Owerri,in the department of Geology with B.Tech( 2005). He has worked with Roche construction Company Nigeria,as a certified Health And Safety officer.

He has also worked with juliusberger Nigeria limited as a Lab-technician in the department of Quantity Assurance and Quantity control.

He started his banking career in 2015 with chikummfb in the department of credit and marketing,before he was designated as the Ag.Head Risk,due to his relentless effort in the pursuance of defaulting loans and recoveries. He has an astute personality and goal driven. Mr. Onyeocha is married with children.
